Our plans are perfect for anyone who is looking to take on a project themselves, or you may have a builder to complete the build for you or maybe you simply want to manage the construction of your build onsite yourself.

This plan contains 3 shipping containers, 2 x 20 foot and 1 40 foot.  Both bedroom 1 & 2 have there own Ensuite and open up onto the deck area.  The living areas are open plan.

With housing becoming less affordable for so many, there are now many owner builders who are turning to better more reasonably priced options.
